Risk Disclosure

Last updated: August 12, 2026

PURPOSE

This Risk Disclosure explains important limitations and risk factors associated with submitting information to N2XO through the client registration portal.

It is intended to support informed use of the portal and should be read together with the Privacy Policy and AML Policy.

NO GUARANTEE OF ONBOARDING OR SERVICES

Submission of a registration or enquiry does not create a contract, custodial relationship, advisory relationship, or guaranteed access to N2XO services.

Every submission remains subject to internal review, legal checks, compliance approval, and business acceptance criteria.

COMPLIANCE REVIEW MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

As reflected in N2XO's AML framework, N2XO may request identity documents, corporate records, source-of-funds information, beneficial ownership details, transaction context, or other due diligence materials before any relationship can proceed.

SERVICES MAY BE REFUSED, DELAYED, OR RESTRICTED

N2XO may decline, suspend, or delay onboarding or transaction-related activity where information is incomplete, inconsistent, high risk, potentially suspicious, linked to sanctions concerns, or otherwise incompatible with legal or internal compliance requirements.

REGULATORY REPORTING AND DISCLOSURE

N2XO is subject to legal obligations under United States law, including AML and sanctions-related requirements.

Where required, information connected to an enquiry, attempted onboarding, or activity review may be retained, escalated, or disclosed to competent authorities, regulators, law enforcement, or authorized service providers.

DIGITAL COMMUNICATION RISK

Although N2XO applies administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, no internet-based transmission or storage environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted.

Users should provide accurate information and avoid sharing materials beyond what is reasonably required for compliance review.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

By using this portal, you confirm that you are acting on your own initiative, that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you understand inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to rejection, delay, or further review.

CHANGES

N2XO may update this Risk Disclosure to reflect changes in its services, legal obligations, or compliance controls.
